We’re expanding our high-performance sales team and seeking a Hybrid Account Manager– Director Level who thrives in complex enterprise environments and is energized by both winning net-new logos and expanding strategic key accounts.
As a Hybrid AM/AE, you will be responsible for both new business acquisition and existing account expansion across a defined territory or vertical. You will lead the full sales lifecycle — from pipeline development to executive relationship management to commercial negotiation and close — while managing long-term customer partnerships that drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities.

Principal Responsibilities

• Drive net-new customer acquisition and portfolio expansion within enterprise accounts (six-figure+ ARR transactions)
• Build and maintain strong executive relationships with CFOs, CPOs, CIOs, and other senior business and finance leaders
• Execute strategic, value-focused sales motions aligned to customer business outcomes, ROI, and operational efficiency
• Navigate long and complex sales cycles, ensuring steady pipeline velocity and forecast accuracy
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention while accelerating account revenue growth
• Proactively identify whitespace opportunities through strong discovery, curiosity, and business insight
• Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product) to ensure strong deal execution and customer experience
• Serve as a strategic advisor — leveraging data insights to influence digital transformation initiatives
• Represent JAGGAER at industry events, conferences, and field sales engagements

Position Requirements

Position Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS new business and/or account management roles
• Demonstrated success owning a territory or book of business with proven land-and-expand results
• Experience selling into procurement, supply chain, finance, ERP, or related enterprise technology landscapes (S2P / P2P strongly preferred)
• Strong commercial acumen and value-based, consultative selling expertise
• Expertise in managing multi-stakeholder, C-suite-level sales cycles
• Resilient, proactive, and able to thrive in high-growth, dynamic environments
• Highly curious with refined discovery skills — able to uncover and articulate strategic customer needs
• Excellent communication, executive presence, and relationship-building capabilities
• Must be based in Sydney, Australia
• Ability to travel (up to 50+%), predominantly within Australia.
